Refund and Cancellation Policies

Digital Product Refund Policy
All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

Once access to digital products has been granted, there are no returns or refunds.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand this policy and agree to the no-refund terms.

This includes the Recruiting Class community subscription, The Assist and any future digital products.

All white glove Championship Standard Services are subject to their own individual refund policies. It is your responsibility to review and understand the specific terms associated with each service before purchasing.

Camp/Clinic Cancellation, Refund, Rescheduling, and Weather Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or withdrawals made within 72 hours of the scheduled start time of any camp or clinic.
Refund requests may be submitted in writing prior to that 72-hour window, and will only be considered if accompanied by a signed physician’s note confirming that the participant is unable to attend due to medical reasons. Approved refunds will be issued at the discretion of David Beck Volleyball Coaching, LLC, minus an administrative fee determined by the company.
To cancel via email, send your request to davidbeckvolleyballcoaching@gmail.com with the subject line “Camp Cancellation.” Please include the camper’s full name, the camp name, signed physicians note, and the camp dates in the body of your message.
If weather cancels the entire session, you will receive a full refund minus fees. If weather cancels some of the session, you will receive a partial refund minus credit card fees.
Failure to complete the Liability Waiver at least 24 hours before our scheduled camp/clinic permits me to cancel your participation in the camp/clinic without a refund.
Rescheduling Plan and Weather Policy for Outdoor Events
Play is on until cancellation decisions due to predicted weather are made and indicated by the parent email you signed up with. Please monitor your inbox if there is a possibility of inclement weather. Weather related delays/suspensions of play will be made by administration. Play may continue in minor rain/wind at the discretion of the on-site administration. Play will be suspended approximately 30 minutes after the last indication of lightning or thunder.
If there is predicted weather during your session and then set to clear out, the session will be moved 1 or 2 hours up from the original start time. For example, if your clinic is from 1pm-3pm, and gets delayed 1 hour, it will be moved from 2pm-4pm. If there is lightning or thunder during a session, we will go inside and wait approximately 30 minutes before resuming play. Please view your email the day of your clinic for a message from me.

Booking & Payment

Lesson times are based on court and coach availability.

Full payment is required at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson to secure your spot and reserve court space.

For 1-on-1 lessons, you are responsible for both the lesson fee and facility fee. Facility fees may be paid via Cash, Check, or Venmo before the start of the lesson.

1-1 Recruiting Roadmap Meetings Refund and Cancellation Policy

In efforts to stay respectful of everyone’s time; If you don’t showup for our scheduled meeting, “no show”, you will not receive a refund.
