We are David Beck Volleyball Coaching, LLC dba Recruiting Class ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the state of Maryland, United States.
 

We operate the website http://www.davidbeckvolleyball.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").
 

We provide Services including, but not limited to: recruiting guidance and educational resources to junior volleyball athletes and their families, video review services, email review, highlight reel review, 1-1 strategy meetings, online course content, personalized assessments, personalized guidance, and white glove services. We also provide volleyball camps, clinics, lessons, apparel, and other related Services.
 

Disclaimer on Recruiting Outcomes

David Beck Volleyball Coaching, LLC does not guarantee any recruiting outcome of any kind. Participation in Recruiting Class and use of Services does not guarantee athletic recruitment, scholarship offers, or placement at any institution. This includes, but is not limited to:
 

• Athletic or academic scholarships of any amount, kind, or level

• Verbal offers, roster spots, or placement on a college volleyball team

• Interest, communication, or responses from college coaches
   

Our Services are designed to provide education, tools, and guidance to support families during the recruiting process. However, all final decisions regarding recruitment, scholarship offers, and roster spots are made solely by the college or university programs.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and David Beck Volleyball Coaching, LLC, concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
 

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents may be posted on the Services and are hereby incorporated by reference. We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time. Updates will be noted with a new "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to check these Legal Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of such changes.

All users under the age of 18 must have parental permission and supervision when using our Services. Parents are fully responsible for activity from their accounts.

We recommend you print a copy of these Legal Terms for your records.

Content Rules

Screenshotting or sharing resources, conversations, or media from Recruiting Class is strictly prohibited. 
 

User Contributions and Intellectual Property

Any materials you submit (e.g., highlight reel links, emails, videos) remain your property, but by submitting them, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them for internal coaching, training, and educational purposes. We do not use or share identifiable personal information without your consent.

Medical Information & In-Person Participation

To help ensure athlete safety during in-person camps, clinics, and lessons, we may collect limited medical information (e.g., physical limitations, or other health-related details needed to ensure athlete safety)

 

This information is used solely for safety purposes and may be shared with staff or emergency personnel if needed during the event.
By registering for an in-person activity, you agree to provide accurate, relevant health information and accept responsibility for your athlete’s readiness to participate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, David Beck Volleyball Coaching, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Recruiting outcomes of any kind including scholarship offers, verbal offers, communication and interest from college coaches, placement on a college or university team.

• Loss of data, including assessment responses, highlight reel materials, email drafts, user notes, video uploads, or other information submitted through our Services or hosted platforms.

• Access issues or service disruptions, including platform downtime (e.g., Wix, Zoom), delays, or outages.

• Errors or omissions in any content provided through the Services, including course content, guidance videos, email templates, direct messages, or recruiting resources.

• Technical failures or third-party platform errors, including but not limited to payment processors, hosting services, video platforms, or learning tools.

• User negligence, including loss of login access, missed check-ins, or failure to engage with Recruiting Class content or resources;

• Communications not received or delayed, such as missed emails from our team or responses from college coaches.
   

By using our Services, you agree that your participation is at your own risk and that all Services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Any advice or guidance provided through our platform does not create a guarantee or fiduciary duty.

 

Third-Party Services & Strength Training Disclaimer
 

Recruiting Class (David Beck Volleyball Coaching, LLC) may feature content or training resources developed in collaboration with third-party professionals, such as Aaron Droege/Raise Performance Systems. While certain educational materials (e.g., strength and conditioning videos or PDFs) may be co-created or co-produced by Recruiting Class and Aaron Droege/Raise Performance Systems, all coaching, instruction, and training guidance within that content is solely the responsibility of the third-party provider.
 

These services and materials are provided within the Recruiting Class platform for educational purposes only. While Recruiting Class may have participated in the creation or filming of these resources, all training instruction and content is solely the responsibility of Aaron Droege/Raise Performance Systems. Recruiting Class does not manage or control how these materials are applied or used.

 

Third-Party Service Providers:

Any decision to engage with a third-party provider (such as Aaron Droege/Raise Performance Systems) constitutes a separate agreement between the user and that provider. Recruiting Class does not assume any responsibility for the design, delivery, safety, or results of these services. All payments, schedules, and communications with such providers are managed directly between the family and the service provider.

 

No Guarantee or Endorsement:

While we aim to introduce families to high-quality professionals, Recruiting Class does not guarantee any specific outcomes from third-party services or jointly-offered content. Recruiting Class does not provide warranties, promises, or guarantees—express or implied—regarding performance, results, or success. Participation in any such program is voluntary and done at the user’s own discretion and risk.

 

Intellectual Property:

Any jointly-created educational materials, training plans, workouts, video content, or related resources may be the intellectual property of both Recruiting Class and Aaron Droege/Raise Performance Systems. These materials may not be copied, distributed, sold, republished, or used outside the context in which they were provided without written consent from both parties.

 

Assumption of Risk:

Physical activity, including strength and conditioning, involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, injuries to the neck, spine, brain, bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, and tendons; deterioration of general health; or, in rare cases, paralysis or death.

By engaging with third-party training services—including those introduced, referred, or co-promoted by Recruiting Class, such as Aaron Droege/Raise Performance Systems—you acknowledge that such participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. You understand that these services are not managed, supervised, or controlled by Recruiting Class. You accept full responsibility for any physical, medical, emotional, or financial consequences that may result from participation.

It is your sole responsibility (or the responsibility of the parent or guardian) to ensure that the athlete is medically cleared by a qualified healthcare professional before participating in any physical training activity.

By using these services or content, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Recruiting Class (David Beck Volleyball Coaching, LLC), its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all liability related to third-party services or resulting injuries, losses, or dissatisfaction.
 

By using these services or content, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Recruiting Class (David Beck Volleyball Coaching, LLC), and Aaron Droege/Raise Performance Systems, as well as their respective owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all liability related to third-party services or resulting injuries, losses, or dissatisfaction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, policies, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, when appropriate, notify you via email or through our website.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you should discontinue use of our Services.
